Lance Mohr is a well-known Tampa real estate expert, with over thirteen years of experience in real estate sales. Lance has sold real estate in California, Utah, Texas, and Florida.
Lance holds a real estate broker license in the state of Florida, and as a member of top relocation firms such as Cendant Mobility, Prudential, Century 21, and others, has assisted countless individuals and corporations with their relocation needs.
Some of Lance's top relocation clients include the employees of such renowned companies as MCI, Mary Kay and Lockheed Martin, and Cadbury
Schweppes.
Lance has been investing in real estate for over 18 years, and he believes that a person's professional knowledge should continue even after college or vocational training. To that end, Lance continually grows his skills and wisdom by attending seminars covering topics that range from real estate investing (with Lou Brown, “King of Cash Flow”) to foreclosure solutions (with Mike King).
Lance is passionate about acquiring information and practical skills that he can pass on to his clients. This passion extends beyond serving clients, too, as Lance has also trained both new and seasoned real estate agents, locally and regionally. Born and raised in Southern California, Lance worked as a mechanical engineer and regional manager for a national telecommunications company for over 7 years before entering the mortgage industry. As a banker/broker for 5 ½ years, Lance was regarded as one of the top residential mortgage professionals in a large city before he decided to pursue real estate.
Lance and his team boast satisfied clients all over the Tampa area. Lance is an avid traveler, and has visited over 40 countries on most major continents, including Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, Australia, and Central and South America. Lance enjoys taking full advantage of the host of activities Tampa has to offer, from mountain biking and rollerblading to beaches and canoeing, but his passion is helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.
Lance resides in New Tampa with his wife Natasha, who is also a licensed real estate salesperson and is instrumental in assisting Lance and his team.
